Hortensia's Roman Glass Wrap
Dug from the soils of Afghanistan…these ancient Roman glass shards are over 2000 years old.
This wrap is named for the influential female orator, Hortensia, who gave a memorable and challenging speech against Rome's tax upon women with money. She decried the excuse of war and made point that women were not allowed in politics nor given commanding positions, so why rob us of our properties, too?
Pairing perfectly with painterly Picasso glass beads from Japan and golden brass handmade beads from Ethiopia, each wrap is distinctly different. Add a gleaming brass artist-made charm and you have a worldly, bohemian wrap. One of each color available.
Wraps may be worn as a necklace, choker, bracelet or anklet. US made magnetic clasp for easy styling.
