Returns
It is very important that you LOVE your UrbanBohoChic jewelry.

If you experience any issues, please email me at urbanbohochic@urbanbohochicjewelry.com. 

If you decide to return your purchase, a refund will be issued upon receipt of the item, unworn, within 15 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include receipt or proof of purchase with your return (ex: packing slip).

All sale items are FINAL SALE. Refunds will not be issued for sale items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please verify with your bank/credit card issuer, as posting dates/times vary. After verifying and if you have not received your refund yet, please contact me at urbanbohochic@urbanbohochicjewelry.com.

Exchanges 
I will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.  If I cannot replace an item (due to the materials or that item no longer being available), I will issue you a refund for the price of the item.

If you receive a defective or damaged item from me, please email me about it at urbanbohochic@urbanbohochicjewelry.com and include photos of the item and packaging. Items damaged by abuse or misuse of the product will not be exchanged or accepted for returns.

As the buyer, you are responsible for return shipping costs.  Shipping costs are not refundable.  I recommended using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for all items. First class USPS offers trackable shipping for a reasonable fee.
