Inner Light is layered in yellows ranging from deep gold to pale sun—creating a composition that feels warm and centered. It features sandcast glass beads from Ghana, dark and light yellow Javanese glass, iron pyrite, Ethiopian brass heishi, and handmade Ethiopian white metal, anchored by a white metal Ethiopian telsum bead.
Telsum beads, traditionally worn in parts of Ethiopia, have long been used as protective adornment—objects carried close to the body, often inscribed or formed with symbolic intent. Their value lies not in ornament alone, but in their role as everyday guardians, shaped to be worn, handled, and kept over time.
Yellow has long been associated with the solar plexus space—confidence, clarity, and personal strength. Here, it reads as warmth and presence, balanced by the weight and texture of metal and stone.
Wraps may be worn several ways—as a necklace, choker, bracelet, or anklet. Finished with a U.S.-made magnetic clasp for ease and versatility.
